JULIET REMEMBERED is a short film about a retired actress with dementia who moves into a care home after the death of her husband. She struggles to remember day-to-day things, but can remember every single line of her most famous role: Shakespeare's Juliet. 

 

The film enjoyed a successful festival run, picking up "Best Short Film" at the 2017 British Independent Film Festival and the "Best Screenplay" at the 2017 Oxford International Film Festival. Jessica was awarded the 2016 Cointreau Creative Crew grant to complete the film and develop her first feature. The film has been picked up for US, Europe and South Asia distribution by ShortsTV, Shorts International.
