JULIET REMEMBERED
JULIET REMEMBERED is a drama short about a retired actress with dementia who moves into a care home after the death of her husband. She struggles to remember day-to-day things, but can remember every single line of her most famous role: Shakespeare's "Juliet."
The film picked up 'Best Short Film' at the 2017 British Independent Film Festival and 'Best Screenplay' at the 2017 Oxford International Film Festival. Jessica was awarded the 2016 Cointreau Creative Crew grant to complete the film and develop her first feature. The film is being distributed in the US, Europe and South Asia by ShortsTV.
